our products and coupled with expert advice from our sales staff are adequate enough to enable you to make an informed decision
as wether or not to purchase products from us. Also it is your
responsiblility to check and measure space requirements for your furniture.
Should you disagree with the above statement and require more detailed images or
descriptions of our products then please request these from us before commiting

In short, if you are in any doubt regarding any aspects of our products prior

If you decide to cancel you order with us and it has already been shipped
by us then provided all products are returned within 7 days in their original packaging and
are undamaged and unused, then we will issue a refund of the order amount minus original delivery and return
carriage costs. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped by us we will issue
you with a full refund.
Replacements
When the delivery arrives please take the time to carefully inspect all packaging. If you see that it is damaged then refuse to accept the delivery. If any items are damaged after you have unpacked the goods then please re-package the goods in the original packaging and seal securely. please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery and we will send
you your replacement as soon as possible. If there are missing parts then call us and we will have them sent to you directly.
